Early Career Teachers Series (formallyTeach In the Know) courses are specifically designed for the beginning teacher.  Our courses are created to provide teachers in their 2nd through 4th years an interactive learning environment that is relevant to the day to day teaching experience.  Participants will apply teaching practices in their classroom and receive coaching support from course instructors. As teacher induction programs and mentor support decline, Dominican University of California’s School of Liberal Arts and Education, alongside veteran teachers developed Teach In the Know courses to guide and CONNECT with beginning teachers as they continue to GROW as educators.  The unique course design allows each teacher the flexibility to be in charge of their own learning as they CULTIVATE a student-centered environment.
