Positive life skills in the area of health and wellness are among the most important behaviors for children to acquire. This course is built on the notion that any successful school health and wellness program begins with teachers who are themselves living healthy life styles.

Participants in this course will receive information regarding diet, exercise and stress management along with a challenge to create, follow and report on their own personal program for improvement in healthy living.  The culminating assignment will be to explore ways to transfer their own experiences to their students.
